Kitanha is a Canadian finance professional with over 15 years of experience in asset management, real estate and infrastructure.
She worked at Ivanhoé Cambridge, a subsidiary of Caisse de Dépôt et Placements du Québec (AUM CAD 250 billion) where she rose to become an Asset Manager, North America Offices, responsible of a USD 2.5 billion asset portfolio across the US and Canada. She is a veteran of PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest fund managers (AUM CAD 100 billion) and BDO Canada, the 5th largest accounting firm in the world.
Kitanha is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the Order of the CPA of Canada and holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from HEC Montreal and a Bachelor in economics and finance from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM).

Nikita is a Research Associate at the Digital Ethics Lab and a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. Her research examines the legal and ethical challenges due to emerging, data-driven technologies, machine learning in consumer lending and internet platform policy and regulation. In the academic year 2020-2021 she will be a Visiting Fellow at the Information Society Project, Yale Law School.
Prior to academia, she worked as an attorney at the IMF, where she advised on financial sector law reform in the Euro area. She is a veteran of Clifford Chance LLP, where she specialized in EU financial regulation and sovereign debt restructuring.
Nikita earned her law degree (LLB) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a solicitor of England and Wales.

She designs and implements go-to-market strategies, market research and integrated marketing campaigns, with focus on acquisition, engagement, and retention. She uses data to develop strategies and optimize marketing programs performance.
